1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing of personal data obtained through the online store www.jgbyjuliagawryluk.com (after referred to as the "Online Store").

Personal data collected by JG by Julia Gawryluk via the Online Store are processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom to the flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), also known as GDPR.
4. JG by Julia Gawryluk takes special care to respect the privacy of customers visiting the Online Store.
5. The store collects personal data necessary to provide and develop the services offered there.
6. Customer data: Only personal data provided voluntarily by the customer is collected. The data is processed for the purpose necessary to implement the provisions of the Regulations, in particular for the purpose of:

performance of the purchase contract,
communication with the client,
sending the newsletter (after the Customer consents to receiving it)
7. Type of personal data processed
The Administrator may process the Customer's personal data: name and surname, date of birth, residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, Tax Identification Number.
When registering an account in the Online Store, the Customer independently sets an individual access password.
When using the Store's website, additional information may be downloaded, in particular the Internet provider's IP address, domain names, browser type, access time, operating system type.
8. Providing personal data.
Customers' personal data may be transferred to entities related to the Administrator,
e.g. companies providing courier/postal services, law firms, companies
supporting e-payments.
9. Customer Rights.
The store customer has the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and withdraw consent at any time.

external entities.
